Evaporator: adopting international advanced high and low temperature dual-zone evaporator plate, with low temperature at the bottom and high temperature at the side, which can effectively prevent the phenomenon of localized icing and fat separation of milk and improve the cooling speed.

Electrical equipment: microcomputer control, automation of milk tank operation, anti-interference ability; can control the working process of the cooling tank, including refrigeration, cleaning, stirring; can display the working status, electronic temperature control, digital display error of less than 0.5 ℃.

Cooling time: the cooling machine in normal operation from the initial temperature of 35 ℃ down to the preservation temperature of 4 ℃, the cooling time does not exceed 2.5 hours.
